Established in December, 1997, Tempus Resorts International, Ltd. is a customer-focused vacation ownership development and management company based in Orlando, Florida. We offer a variety of vacation ownership products to meet the changing needs of today's leisure traveler. From flexible-use intervals to an exchange network of over 2,200 resorts worldwide, we offer our guests unique vacation products tailored to their individual needs.

Tempus Resorts International is a multi-faceted enterprise comprised of nine distinct companies which support our resort and golf development, hospitality operations, and marketing, financial and technology services. Since the inception in 1998 of our flagship Orlando resort, Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club, we've delivered memorable vacation experiences to over 650,000 guests.   Most recently, we launched our newest resort development concept in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, one of the top family vacation destinations in the United States.  As the exclusive vacation ownership partner of Hard Rock Park, the world’s first rock ‘n roll theme park which recently opened in Myrtle Beach, Tempus’ subsidiary Backstage Myrtle Beach LLC will be developing Backstage Resorts in Myrtle Beach in 2009.  The first site for Backstage Resorts is located at the beautiful oceanfront Dunes Village Resort, on the “Grand Strand” of Myrtle Beach overlooking over 650 feet of pristine Atlantic coastline.

Tempus Resorts also recently launched Tempus Select, our new exchange services program which offers our owners a wide array of internal exchange and flexible use options at Tempus Select affiliated resorts, plus worldwide exchange and other travel benefits through Interval International.

As an active member of the Central Florida business community, we take pride in our commitment to community service. Our company and its employees are actively involved in a wide variety of programs supporting our local community, including the Red Cross, the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches, the Orange/Seminole County Foster Children's Association, and other local educational, sports and charitable organizations benefiting Central Florida's youth.
